Welcome to Whispers Art and Crafts Gallery.

Situated on State Highway 49 in the desert oasis of Waiouru, Whispers is a new gallery featuring the work of local photo artist Pete Smithies.

Our vision is to showcase and sell locally produced art and crafts from the region as well as providing opportunities for new artists.

In addition to the work of Pete Smithies, Whispers is currently displaying a selection of hand made possum fur goods and jewelry. Other products will be added soon including a range of confectionary.
